POLICIES - TERMS & CONDITION AGREEMENTS

The cost of transfers and tours includes driver, vehicle(fuel), tolls (where necessary) and all taxes.
Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
Admission fees into archaeological sites, museums, possible meals as well as hotel accommodation during 2 or multi days tours, are not included in the costs.

In the event of cancellation 48 hours before departure there will be 50% cancellation fee and in the event of cancellation up to 12 hours before departure there will be 100% cancellation fee.

All our tours are subject to change & cancellation at any time do to unforeseen weather conditions, road closers, government strikes or any other unexpected reasons.

All discounts prices do not apply for Travel Agents.

Refunds are made only if plane, boat or train dont arrive due to weather conditions, strikes or any malfunction.

To guarantee the tour, 20% percent of the full amount must be deposited within 5days prior to tour and 50% percent for all transfers. Deposit can be made by credit card, PayPal or deposit to a bank account which will be provided by V.A.T

Our chaufferus have the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would result in the car being unsafe.

Please make sure that you book the appropriate type of vehicle, if you have more luggage, you can also book a  Van).

You may use credit, debit and prepaid cards.
