Isthmus of Corinth was constructed to unite Peloponnese with the rest of Greece. Isthmus with a length of about six kilometers located at the narrowest point where the Corinth Canal drilled (1893 ) and a station for every tourist and local. 

The view from the spot is unique and if you are lucky to see a boat to passing at that time, the sight is even more impressive. Today, we have two roads, two railways and two submersible bridges at both ends of the canal linking the mainland side of the Isthmus to that of Peloponnese.
